2 oz Svöl Danish-Style Aquavit
3/4 oz Orgeat
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1 Dash of Angostura bitters
Leafy garnish

Add ingredients and shake with ice. Pour into a glass with fresh cubed ice. Garnish with a leafy touch.
Danish Negroni
1 oz Svöl Danish-Style Aquavit
1 oz Campari
1 oz Antica
Orange twist

Add ingredients and ice, then stir. Garnish with an orange twist.
Danish Highball
2 oz Svöl Danish-Style Aquavit
2 oz Cold brew coffee
2 oz Q Tonic
Lemon twist

Add ice to highball. Pour in Svöl Danish-Style Aquavit and cold brew coffee. Fill with Q Tonic. Garnish with celery and lemon.
Banan Daiquiri
(Serves 2)
2 oz Svöl Danish-Style Aquavit
1 Large banana
1/2 Cup coconut milk
1 Lime juiced
1/4 Cup sugar
3 Cups ice

Blend all ingredients until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into 2 highball glasses and garnish with lime.
Swedish-Style Aquavit Cocktails

Aquavit Bloody
Salt for rim
2 oz Svöl Swedish-Style Aquavit
4 oz Bloody mix or tomato juice
Cornichon, cocktail onion, and cherry tomato skewer
Dill sprig

Shaken with ice and strained into a highball glass with salted rim and fresh cubed ice. Garnish with a cornichon, cocktail onion, and cherry tomato skewer and the dill sprig (alternative garnish: celery and lemon slice).
The Svöl Dirty Martini
1/2 oz Svöl Swedish-Style Aquavit
1/2 oz Grain-based vodka
1/4 oz Dry vermouth
3/4 oz Olive brine
1-3 Olives

Shake with ice and serve in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Swedish Highball
2 oz Svöl Swedish-Style Aquavit
4 oz Q Elderflower Tonic
1 Lemon wedge (squeezed)
Basil leaf

Ice a highball glass half way. Add Svöl. Squeeze lemon wedge and place in glass. Top off glass with ice and fill with Q Elderflower Tonic. Stir. Garnish with a basil leaf.

1 and 1/2 oz Svöl Swedish-Style Aquavit
1 oz Lillet Blanc
1/2 oz Suze liqueur

Combine ingredients with ice in a rocks glass and stir. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Stockholm Night

1/2 oz Grain-based vodka
1/4 oz Lillet Blanc
